ABOUT LISA

As the Chief Experience Officer for the largest network of fertility clinics in North America, Lisa learned to create, implement and scale patient experience programs across a large organization. It is there she discovered her love for front-line teams. While creating and implementing patient experience standards and programs, it became obvious there was much more that needed to be done to ensure sustainability. It’s easy to teach the “how to” but teams have to have the “want to”. 

Capturing the heart first is the secret component to creating teams on fire for impacting people’s lives. Other key components include identifying and solving for whatever is getting in the way of delivering ideal team and patient experiences. She believes work should not just be tolerated and her sweet spot is creating team cultures that people actually love.

When Lisa is not working, you can find her squirreling away at her many interests. She lives in the beautiful Hill Country where she feeds the deer, hikes on the trails, and takes her mini-Aussie, Kaya, on adventures. 

As fresh empty nesters, Lisa and her husband enjoy traveling with family any chance they can get. This is an exciting new season of shifting goals from success to significance.

Fun fact ... Early in her career, Lisa was a professional ice skater and skated with The Ice Capades!
